The Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources (LCCMR) met on Thursday, Dec. 7, in two parts. The first meeting was with all the members at 9 a.m. followed by a subcommittee for strategic planning with a handful of members at noon.
The subcommittee was the first step of creating and adopting a strategic plan. The LCCMR is required to adopt a strategic plan for making expenditures from the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund every six years and review the plan every two years.
