Here we go again with Wisconsin’s revised wolf plan

I don’t know if it’s fair to say any one side won or lost in this plan, since it still must go before the Natural Resources Board (NRB) for approval – intended date is the NRB’s Oct. 25 meeting in Madison – but at first slice it sure seems as though northern and central Wisconsin residents, along with hunters and trappers, might be left sitting here wondering what happened?
