As the Minnesota DNR prepares for its spring aerial waterfowl survey in early May, waterfowl officials throughout the Upper Midwest say the table is set for a strong duck production year as mallards, pintails, and other birds continue to settle throughout the Prairie Pothole Region of Minnesota, the Dakotas, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.
