The final day of the Minnesota pheasant season ended with one bird in hand and some tough snow conditions to hunt through. It made Minnesota Outdoor News editor, Tim Spielman, think back on the 2022 season and look ahead to what he thinks may happen with Minnesota’s outdoors during 2023.
