Budget forecast hike boosts dollars for Outdoor Heritage Fund projects

An increase in sales tax receipts in Minnesota has led to a roughly $23 million increase for the next round of Outdoor Heritage Fund project proposals heading to the Legislature this coming session, according to a budget forecast from the Minnesota Department of Management and Budget.
