Johnstown Swappers Day is a chance to reconnect with outdoors

Johnstown, Ohio – An annual rite of fall in central Ohio is about to take place in the village of Johnstown in Licking County.
Yes, by the time this event rolls around some of the fall hunting seasons will be open.
But, what we’re talking about is the annual Johnstown Sportsman’s Club Swappers Day.
The event this year runs over Labor Day weekend, Sept. 3-5. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The Swappers Day is a good chance for sportsmen and women of all stripes to get some new gear, trade off the old, or just peruse the many offerings.
Ohio Outdoor News’ Mike Compton, the mayor of Pataskala, will be on hand to sell subscriptions to the publication. Those buying a subscription at Swappers Day will come home with a new ball cap as well.
It is a great event in a small community that is growing in the Ohio outdoor world. We hope to see you there.
