Susquehanna River (Dauphin, Lancaster, Columbia counties) — Susquehanna Fishing Tackle reported smallmouth bass were hitting in nice sizes and numbers through early November, with some fish measuring 20 inches. Tubes were productive, along with lipless crankbaits, swimbaits and jerkbaits. Catfish also were reported.  Little Juniata River (Huntingdon, Blair counties) — TCO Fly Shop reported prime

Cowanesque Reservoir (Tioga County) — Don’s Tackle Shack reported a good smallmouth bass bite Nov. 7, with fish weighing 2 to 4 pounds and hitting on jerkbaits in 10 to 15 feet. Water was in the 50s.  Hamilton Lake (Tioga County) — Trout were biting on PowerBait, and small spinners or spoons in recent weeks.

Raccoon Lake (Beaver County) — Nice catches of trout were reported on minnows and pastebaits.
