A bill that would eliminate Wisconsins minimum hunting age and allow a mentor to have a second firearm, crossbow or bow while mentoring a beginner was scheduled for a public hearing Tuesday at 1:01 p.m. at the State Capitol in Madison, 417 North (GAR Hall).
