Southeast Pennsylvania Fishing Report – December 19th, 2014

Struble Lake (Chester County) — Crappies and yellow perch were reported on minnows and jigs or minnows and twister tails through early December.

Delaware, Schuylkill rivers (Philadelphia, Montgomery counties) — Shore anglers were catching channel catfish on shrimp or chicken livers through early December. 

Tulpehocken Creek (Berks County) — Water was a little high and stained Dec. 4, and was ideal for nymphing or swinging streamers, according to TCO Fly Shop. Hatches included blue-winged olives (20-24) and cream midges (18-28).
