Region I A District 6 officer arrested a highly intoxicated individual for battery at the Marshall Fish and Wildlife waterfowl blind drawing. The officer had noticed the man earlier while he was signing up for the drawing. The man had a difficult time filling out the card and almost fell as he left the building.

Fox River: Fishing has really improved across the board for all species. The catfish bite has started to be best in the evening on dip baits or cut shad. Sangchris: Bass good using plastics, jig/plastics, spinners and crankbaits along outer weedlines or near timber. Bluegills fair but small using waxies and crickets along weed edges in the west arm.
