Chubs and jigs have been the ticket for walleyes in six to 10 feet on Island Lake, Boulder Lake, and west of Duluth on the St. Louis River. Steelhead reports have been favorable on the Knife River and Kamloops are hitting at the French River. Shifting ice continued to limit Kamloops fishing on this end of Lake Superior early this week.
