Catskill Fishing Report – May 31st, 2013

At last look, both the Beaverkill and Willowemoc were clear at good wading levels. Hatches were a mixed bag of March Browns, Gray Fox, a few Sulphurs, Caddis and spinners.  the Delaware’s East Branch was seeing small BOWs and Caddis in the morning and Sulphurs and March Browns later in the day. The West Branch of the Delaware was in good shape, with Sulphurs showing. The Neversink was fishable, with the best surface activity near dark. The Main Stem of the Delaware was both wadeable and floatable. The Esopus is clear above the portal and only cloudy below it and fishable at last check.
