3 arrested for cruelty, killing gopher tortoises in Florida

Two adults and a juvenile from Jacksonville and Middleburg are facing prison time and fines after Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) law enforcement officers arrested them in Orange County for killing a state-designated threatened species and for felony cruelty to animals.
