Ron Nadler at FISH307 in Queensbury/Lake George reports
smallmouth action remains very good on Lake George, with smaller
fish at 15-20 feet and the bigger bronzebacks at 25-40 feet. Use
tubes of crayfish. Lake trout can be found all over, from 75 to 150
feet, and some nice landlocks are being taken at about 55 feet. On
Glen Lake, some rainbow trout are being taken right at dark on the
surface, while walleye action has been solid on Great Sacandaga
Lake in the Northville area. Bass fishing has also been solid on
Saratoga Lake.
