Walleye are hitting, but the sizes are average to small. Fish the weeds with a jig and a minnow. Depth will vary from 3 to 20 feet, depending on the lake. Early and late in the day, walleyes are hitting X-Raps along rock bars, sand bars, and humps in depths as shallow as 3 feet.
