Indian Lake (Logan County) – Anglers have been doing fairly well
on saugeyes at Old Indian Lake as well as the Dreambridge area and
also at Moundwood. Small jigs (1/8-ounce) and twister tails in
chartreuse or white has been the popular set up, fished on the
bottom. Anglers have also been catching panfish in the preserve
area on jig and minnow or tail combos.

Maumee River (Lucas County) – Well ahead of the annual walleye
run, as of Jan. 15, Maumee Bait and Tackle reports anglers have
been catching a few walleyes and steelhead at the Bayshore power
plant. on floating shiners and nightcrawlers.

Pleasant Hill Reservoir (Ashland, Richland counties) – The
saugeye bite has been a tough one with just a few anglers reporting
catches below the spillway. Reports indicate there’s plenty of
forage species in the water. Anglers are using jigs and twister
tails in chartreuse or pumpkinseed.
