Ice anglers were watching conditions closely at Muscoot Reservoir and could actually be on by now if the weather holds, according to John Miller at Bob’s Sport and Tackle (914-232-4085) in Katonah. Anglers were already on White Pond in Putnam County earlier this month. But, Miller adds, “you gotta be careful.”
