Tourney rule changes?

Associate Editor St. Paul Members of a fishing coalition in Minnesota say they have concerns about possible changes or clarifications to rules that govern some fishing tournaments in the state. Ashley Anderson, of Coon Rapids, shot this 178-pound buck while slug hunting near Forest Lake on Nov. 8. The 10-point rack had a 162/8-inside spread and green-scored 1326/8.
