New London, Minn. The 22nd Annual Prairie Pothole Day is slated for Sept. 11, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Stoney Ridge Farm near New London. The farm is located on U.S. 71, one-eighth mile south of the junction of state highway 9.

Featured this year are Jerry Raedeke, well-known wildlife
artist, and demonstrations by members of the University of
Minnesota Raptor Center. There also will be archery and blackpowder
shoots, raffles, and games for kids. Special seminars also will be
available.

Admission is free, but adults are urged to buy two raffle
tickets. The event is sponsored by the Minnesota Waterfowl
Association.
