Lakeville, Minn. The Dove Sportsman’s Society of Minnesota will host a meeting “Keeping Our Dove Season, Youth and Dove Fields” on Sept. 21 in Lakeville.

The meeting agenda includes discussions about the dove season, tips on the future of dove hunting, and how to get youths involved in the hunt. State pheasant counts down from a year ago

Chaska, Minn. The Second Annual Sportsman/Legislator Strategic Summit, scheduled for Sept. 11, has been postponed to an undetermined date.

According to summit officials, the decision to delay the event was “in order to ensure that as many legislators as possible will be able to attend .” Those who have registered will receive refunds.
