St. Paul Pheasants Forever founder Jeff Finden and Minneapolis lawyer Robert Beugen have been re-elected to the 17-member PF board of directors. Three other members were re-elected, and Dr. James Call, of Deerwood, Minn., was a newly elected board member

Finden was the first and only CEO of PF until he retired in 2000. Howard Vincent was promoted from CFO to CEO that year. Beugen was elected to his fifth term.
