Grand Rapids, Minn. The Minnesota Deer Hunters Association (MDHA) board of directors has asked its three-member ethics committee to examine all sides of Babe Winkelman’s citation last deer season for using a two-way radio to hunt deer.

Winkelman is MDHA’s celebrity spokesperson. He and two other individuals in his hunting party were cited for using two-way radios last fall, and Winkelman eventually agreed to an Alford plea agreement. Shawn Perich
