Brainerd, Minn. Brainerd’s “Fishing Has No Boundaries” organization hopes to double the turnout of last year when it hosts its second fishing event Aug. 27-28. Again this year, the event will be hosted by Camp Confidence Learning Center near Brainerd.

Last year, during the group’s inaugural event, 35 people with disabilities took part in the fishing event. Even more volunteers helped with the function.
