St. Cloud, Minn. The body of a 20-year-old Minneapolis man was recovered last Tuesday, a day after his canoe overturned on Silver Lake, Wright County authorities said.

Arthur Colberg, who attended St. Cloud State University, was fishing with a Sauk Rapids woman when their canoe overturned in about 27 feet of water. The woman was picked up by another boater, according to the sheriff’s office. Life jackets were in the canoe, but were not being worn at the time of the accident. […]
