St. Paul The Minnesota DNR has announced that another eight counties will be removed from the list of those with open-burning restrictions because of green-up.

Burning restrictions were lifted last week in Douglas, Grant, Pope, and Stevens counties, and early this week for Anoka, Chisago, Isanti, and Sherburne counties. Burning restrictions remain in effect for several counties.
