Pierre, S.D. The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Commission has proposed South Dakota’s 2004 spring turkey seasons to open Saturday, April 10, and continue through Sunday, May 16, with a few changes from last year’s season.

Available licenses will increase slightly. Hunters are reminded that spring turkey licenses are not available over the counter in the Black Hills. All license sales will be done by application in advance of the hunt through the GFP Licensing Office in Pierre, either by paper application or online via credit card. Comments on the turkey

The RFP is for projects designed to help sustain and enhance Minnesota’s natural resources with new, innovative, and sustainable approaches.
