Grand Rapids, Minn. The Ruffed Grouse Society (RGS) and Boise Cascade Corporation are working together to build a walking trail system through 500 acres of forestland owned by the company in the Bear River Demonstration Forest.

The trails traverse forests managed to provide timber and as wildlife habitat. Interpretative signs will explain how forest management practices benefit various wildlife species.
