Bloomington, Minn. Art entries for the 2002-03 Federal Junior Duck Stamp Competition recently were submitted to the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge in Bloomington. Judging will be held Tuesday, March 25, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the Burnsville

For the four grades categories, there will be a total of 100 paintings selected as winning art. One piece will be selected as “best of show” and will be sent to Washington, D.C. to represent Minnesota in the national competition. The program is available to kids in grades K-12.
