St. Paul The Minnesota DNR officially will recognize five new state record fish during an awards ceremony at the Northwest Sportshow at the Minneapolis Convention Center. The ceremony will begin at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday, March 8.

New records were set this year for tullibee (5 pounds, 11.8 ounces), silver redhorse (8 pounds, 4 ounces), white crappie (3 pounds, 6 ounces, set Jan. 23), white crappie (3 pounds, 10 ounces, set July 28), and yellow bullhead (3 pounds, 10 ounces).
