Applications received from Sept. 1 through Oct. 25, 2002, will be eligible for a lottery drawing if tournament applications exceed monthly limits. Tournaments with a history established for a particular lake have preference over others. Applications received after the Oct. 25 deadline will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis through the 2003 tournament season.
