DNR says no charges in airport flap

Editor Grand Rapids, Minn. The Minnesota DNR will not file charges against the Grand Rapids Police Department for taking 15 more deer than a nuisance deer permit allowed at the Grand Rapids/Itasca County Airport. St. Paul The 9th Annual Ice Fishing, Snowmobile, and Winter Sport Show, begins Friday, Nov. 30 and runs through Dec. 2 at Touchstone Energy Place at the St. Paul RiverCentre. For ice anglers, it has all the things you need to start the season off right.
