Rochester, Minn. The DNR Division of Fisheries has rescheduled the public meeting to discuss smallmouth bass regulations on the Zumbro River. The meeting will be held on Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. at the Ponderosa Supper Club in Mazeppa.

DNR staff will present information and listen to comments regarding a proposal to expand the current two-mile catch-and-release regulation area to a 10-mile stretch of the river from the Wabasha County Road 7 bridge, downstream to Zumbro Falls.
