St. Paul The deadline for removing fish houses, dark houses, and portable shelters from state waterways south of Minnesota Hwy. 200 and U.S. Hwy. 2 is no later than midnight, Feb. 28.

Shelters located north of Minnesota Hwy. 200 and U.S. Hwy. 2 must be removed no later than midnight, March 15. Exceptions are: Minnesota-Canada border waters (March 31), Minnesota-Iowa border (Feb. 20), Minnesota-South Dakota and North Dakota border waters (March 5), and Minn.-Wisconsin border waters (March 1). Duluth, Minn. The Duluth Boat, Sports and Travel Show, which runs through Sunday gives sportsmen a look at new boats or outdoor travel plans.

Featured entertainment includes Da Blooze Bros., and other events, takes place at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center.
