Hackensack, Minn. Deep Portage Conservation Reserve, of Hackensack is offering schools and workshops for sportsmen and women who wish to improve their skills.

Beginning Fly Fishing School will be held May 18-20 and will be limited to 16 participants. The class costs $175, including food and lodging, and will cover casting, knots, fly selection, and techniques.

Wingshooting sessions will be held June 1-3 and Aug. 24-26, with both limited to 12 participants. The courses cover grip, stance, and other fundamentals. Each class is $250 and includes food, lodging and targets.
