Ice conditions have improved a lot and that’s likely opened up more opportunities or areas for anglers to look for walleyes.
There seems to be plenty of ice-fishing opportunities across the northern half of the state.

Most people seem to be prepping for the upcoming ice fishing season.
Fishing reports have been light and we’re down to just the hardcore walleye and muskie anglers at this point, although those venturing out are doing well.
Crappie and bluegill action remains strong.
