How water temperatures continue to impact the bite.

On Lake Michigan, just as the water temps were setting up better for perch and salmon, a big north blow predicted for this weekend will disrupt fishing. again.

On Lake Michigan, water-temp profile is poor near shore, with warm water top to bottom out to 60-plus feet, which disrupted pretty much all of the previous fishing patterns for all species.

Winds and warm water temps have been disrupting action, particularly on the big lake. But better conditions could be on the way.

Extremely warm weather has hampered the bite, but with cooler temps reportedly on the way, that could change soon.

Lake Michigan again a hot spot, with yellow perch action outstanding.

Warmer weather has slowed down the bite a bit, but a reprieve could be around the corner.

Fishing continues to be good, especially on Lake Michigan.

With water temperatures and weather helping the cause, fishing mostly good across the state.
