There are decent to good numbers of steelhead scattered in the creeks in this area, including lots of bigger fish.

Deer season continues in parts of the state, and ice anglers are watching the thermometer in hopes that their favorite waters will button up.

Much of the fishing in the Buckeye State right now is focused in northeast Ohio, where steelhead anglers are plying their craft in earnest with some success.
