Anglers have continued to catch Chinook salmon, Coho salmon, rainbow trout and lake trout in Manitowoc County on northern Lake Michigan.

Salmon fishing remains hot in Manitowoc and Two Rivers as anglers are still catching Chinook salmon and coho salmon as well as rainbow trout and lake trout.
Walleye fishing was good this past week out in this bay.
With the walleye limit increasing to five in this area, more anglers have been seen fishing in spots that are highly attractive to walleye.
Bay anglers were having luck trolling crankbaits and stick baits, catching walleyes, brown trout and northern pike.
Walleye fishing in the spot was very good this week, with many pre-spawn fish caught during the work week.
A three-year baiting and feeding ban in Lincoln County in North Central Wisconsin will go into effect on Dec. 12, 2022.
All four deer management zones showed harvest increases from 2021 for both antlered and antlerless harvests, with the Central Forest Zone up more than 30%.
In total, 103,623 deer were registered statewide during the opening weekend of the 2022 gun deer hunt, compared to the 90,023 registered for the same period in 2021.
