The area’s trout streams (West Branch of the Ausable, Saranac, etc.) have benefitted from the heavy rains of late, with good flows and low water temps. If waters are too high, backcountry ponds are still a good option. Bass anglers are now hitting their hot spots and finding most fish are in post-spawn mode
