Changes coming April 1 for Monroe County, Florida's commercial king mackerel harvesters

Commercial king mackerel fishers harvesting from waters off Monroe County will be able to land and sell their harvest in Collier County from April 1 through June 30, when the waters off Collier County are usually closed to harvest.
