St. Paul Levi Peterson, 17, a Dassel-Cokato High School student, is this year’s winner of the Junior Duck Stamp competition hosted by the state DNR.

Peterson’s rendition of a wood duck, judged the best of 831 entries in Minnesota, will be sent to Washington, D.C. for the national contest.
