Fort Snelling, Minn. A Draft Comprehensive Conservation Plan, or CCP, has been completed for Rydell National Wildlife Refuge in northwest Minnesota.

The 2,120-acre Rydell refuge is situated between the Red River Valley floodplain on the west and rolling hardwood forest and lake region on the east. It was established in 1992.
