The experiment of feeding invasive carp to humans – Illinois DNR’s rebranding of the fish now known as “Copi” – continues to gain slow footing across the state and the rest of the country.
But at least one Chicago-based private company appears to be having more success with attracting dogs and other pets to carp at mealtime.
