Winona, Minn. Kids ages 6-13 will discover the fun and excitement of fishing through the ice at the Ice Fishing Day Clinic to be held Saturday, Feb. 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Lake Park Lodge, Lake Winona, in Winona.

The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Upper Mississippi River Refuges and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
