St. Lawrence River: Perch action was very good all along the river, notably off Kring’s Point. Bullhead fishing should also be red-hot by now. Black Lake: Not a lot new to report, with bullheads and panfish the primary target. Walleye anglers, however, will get their chance starting May 2.
