The public will get a look this fall at a draft proposal that will guide future best use practices at one of the most popular destinations in the Catskill Park.
And while a final Visitor Use Management for Kaaterskill Clove is expected to be completed over the winter, area sportsman’s groups remain concerned the plan will overlook the needs and wishes of the hunting community. Kaaterskill Clove is a deep gorge in the eastern Catskill Mountains, just west of the village of Palenville, in Greene County.
