Film, “Mending the Line,” spotlights redemptive value of fishing

It isn’t so much that life imitates art – or vice-versa – as it is that both are parallel tracks headed in the same direction.
And when you look at them out to the horizon where they merge, they appear to be a single line. All of which is a roundabout way of addressing fishing in movies. Or movies about fishing. Again two tracks, the same direction.
