Minnesota House and Senate bills differ on fee hikes, boat access funding

The House and Senate environment and natural resources omnibus bills were approved this past week at the State Capitol. Two discrepancies of note between the two bills were related to the DNR’s Get Out More initiative and fishing license and other fee increases.
