“Tackle” Terry Tuma talks about the use of live bait spinner rigs. Leeches and crawlers often work well as live bait for these rigs, with a variety of designs of blades available on the market. Tuma says flash, color and vibration are the keys for enticing negative or neutral fish. Consider using a No. 2 or No. 5 Colorado rig and you can also try a 3-way swivel rig.
