In the latest show of support for native fish and ecosystems, Minnesota nonprofit Native Fish For Tomorrow (NF4T) held its second-annual Native Fish Fest at Watergate Marina in St. Paul, on Sunday, Sept. 13.
NF4T board member and event organizer Tyler Winter called the day “a resounding success.” He cited a number of objectives for the event, like education. If nothing else, however, Winter said it was a measure of the growing awareness and appreciation for native fish, especially among the angling community.
